ROLE OVERVIEW

LifeStance is seeking a self-starter, passionate and persistent Practice Development Director to support multiple platforms operating in the behavioral health space. This position will focus on providing professional physician recruitment across locations nationwide and act as the primary contact between senior leadership, physician practices and potential candidates.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST or CST preferred) Monday - Friday

Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 annually with quarterly bonuses based on provider signings

Average first year income after bonus: $110,000 - $150,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as the link between physician practice and potential employee, recruiting high caliber candidates based upon the explicit needs of the physician practice

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources

· Research new and innovative methods of recruitment, source across multiple resources, generate leads, build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, review candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and negotiate and close offers

· Qualify physician candidates by confirming job qualifications – MD/DO degree, state licensure, board certifications, Medicare/Medicaid certifications and DEA licensure

· Build solid working relationships and provide the highest level of service to all internal and external stakeholders

· Fill job openings with qualified physicians and ensure hiring targets are met in timely and effective manner

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required

· 3+ years of experience in physician recruitment required

· Technologically savvy with experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems; Lever experience is preferred

· Must possess a strong background in developing and implementing recruitment strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Effectively manage a high volume of emails and calls on a daily basis

· Ability to manage time appropriately and meet deadlines

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Effective negotiation skills

· Ability to execute daily tasks with limited supervision

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
