WVU Medicine – United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV is expanding our access to minor emergent care with the opening of an urgent care clinic on the hospital campus. This clinic will run 7 days a week with a physician and APP model.
Duties: Successful candidates will diagnose and treat patients in an outpatient urgent care setting.
Qualifications: Successful candidates must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medical license. Applicants must have completed an accredited residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics. Applicants must be board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
