Physician - Outpatient PM&R - North Muskegon, Michigan
Corewell Health's Spine and Pain Management program is looking to add a BC/BE Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to the forthcoming North Muskegon practice location. This position is part of our growing multidisciplinary team that currently has locations in East Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Hastings, and Greenville, Michigan and will join an interventional pain physician along with future APP support. The ideal candidate is interested in an outpatient musculoskeletal focused practice.

Opportunity for EMGs, Botox, and other procedures
No Call

Qualifications
Required Doctorate
BC/BE physical medicine and rehabilitation
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
