PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • We are seeking a physician to cover a few weekends a year
  • 63 ½  hour shifts, starts Friday 4:30pm – Monday 8:00am
  • Volume:  Average 8-15 patients a weekend
  • Family Medicine physicians in Ada cover the Emergency Medicine department
  • Collegial team-oriented department
  • EPIC DAX ambient voice for clinical documentation
  • Essentia Health – Ada is a Level IV Trauma Center, 14-bed Critical Access hospital  
  • Physician led organization

REQUIREMENTS

  • BC/BE Emergency Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine with experience (or additional training in EM)
  • ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALS Certification

LOCATION

  • Ada is located in northwestern, Minnesota, in the heart of the Red River Valley- one of the most productive faming regions in the world.  
  • Ada is 45 minutes from Fargo, ND and roughly 240 miles NW of Minneapolis, MN
  • Ada population: 1,740

COMPENSATION

$143.75  an hour
