How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

  • Follow and implement individualized Plans of Care to promote patient progress and safety

  • Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the Physical Therapist

  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safe use of assistive devices

  • Support patient independence through personalized home therapy programs

  • Uphold Elara Caring’s mission, values, and standards of excellence

This role is physically active and may include lifting, transferring patients, and flexible scheduling as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice

  • Minimum 6 months of PTA experience preferred

  • Willingness to travel within the coverage area (up to 50%)

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance

  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical job duties

Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee.
