Photolithography Equipment Engineer - TEL Tracks/Spinners

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tool owner / engineer for TEL ACT-8, Lithius, and Lithius ProZ
  • Troubleshoot, Repair and maintain TEL-ACT-8 and associated equipment. (including cooling systems,  etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring equipment is operating to specification Monitors SPC/SPC tool performance and drives improvement.
  • Works with and directs technicians to determine the frequency and types of necessary preventative.
  • Drive availability of the tools with sound problem solving approaches. Push unscheduled maintenance to preventive.
  • Monitors and drives improvement in scheduled PMs on Litho Cells and associated equipment. Maintains and improves detailed work instructions for PMs and trains other employees to perform PMs as necessary.
  • Maintain equipment logs. Document all repair work.
  • Drives work plans for tool troubleshooting and repair.
  • Coordinates the timing of PMs with production personnel.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience plus a bachelors degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience must be in maintaining, driving improvement, and writing work procedures for TEL tracks/spinners.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting electrical-mechanical systems
  • Self-disciplined with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently. Strict adherence to written procedures.
  • The ideal individual must possess:  logical, mechanical, technical, analytic, troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
