Your Role

OUTFRONT is seeking a data‑driven, operationally minded Photography Field Operations Manager to lead the planning, optimization, and delivery of high‑quality visual assets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for building efficient, scalable logistics workflows. Equally important, this person must be a strong people‑person and natural facilitator—skilled at building trust, guiding conversations, and fostering collaboration across teams and with freelance photographers.

You will play a central role in evolving OUTFRONT’s photography operations by enhancing scheduling systems, improving data visibility, and leveraging automation tools—including Power Automate, AI‑assisted routing, and workflow integrations—to increase speed, accuracy, and market coverage. This position partners closely with Regional Management and the Operations Quality Manager to develop KPIs, analyze performance, and uncover data‑backed opportunities for operational improvement. With deep knowledge of OUTFRONT inventory and market dynamics, you will shape long‑term strategy, strengthen asset management processes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that support automation, scalability, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the optimization of the Photographer Scheduler and related systems, with a focus on data modeling, Excel‑based analysis, and integration of AI‑enhanced routing, forecasting, and resource
allocation.
• Build and automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and other low‑code solutions to streamline scheduling, asset intake, and communication processes.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies that improve operational speed, accuracy, and market coverage.
• Oversee the planning and prioritization of photo and video capture in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams, acting as a facilitator who ensures alignment, clarity, and smooth communication.
• Co‑develop KPIs and performance dashboards with Regional Management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market needs.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and recommend data‑driven improvements to enhance productivity and coverage.
• Serve as a strategic partner in shaping the long‑term vision for photography operations, technology adoption, and workflow evolution.
• Guide internal teams and freelance photographers to ensure timely, high‑quality coverage aligned with client expectations and campaign timelines, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to motivate, support, and influence others.
• Develop deep expertise in OUTFRONT inventory to support strategic route planning, forecasting, and proactive coverage recommendations.
• Oversee the review, validation, and organization of incoming visual assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that position OUTFRONT’s photography program for scale, automation, and future growth.

Your Qualifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational strategy skills; must be an effective facilitator and relationship‑builder who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling) and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Experience with digital asset management systems; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics workflows in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about operational efficiency and data‑supported decision‑making.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, data analysis, logistics coordination, creative operations, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 per year.  Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.   Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency Law.
