The successful candidate:

***Shift: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM. Position primarily will be in our North Phoenix location, but will travel to our Scottsdale location as well.***

Supports Laboratory and Clinic operations at both the North Phoenix and Scottsdale locations, requiring flexibility to split time between sites and provide coverage as needed. Responsibilities include performing phlebotomy, processing samples for in-house and reference laboratory testing, conducting laboratory tests, handling incoming phone calls, monitoring pending test logs, and executing billing-related functions when applicable.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High school diploma

Minimum Experience: 1 year experience working in a laboratory/clinic setting.

Skills/Abilities:

Professional demeanor, effective collaboration and communication skills ensuring teamwork with all staff across all departments. Highly motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments. Stay focused and calm under pressure. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and good laboratory practices. Solution orientated with above average problem solving and critical thinking skills.
