Job Summary:
Location: Methodist Hospital FoundationResponsibilities:
Caring Campaign Management
Lead the strategy, communications, and implementation of the Caring Campaign
Coordinate ambassador communications, timelines, materials, and team collaboration to ensure successful execution
Report participation numbers and outcomes
Determine ways to engage employees throughout the year
Manage The Meaning of Care Awards
Oversee all aspects of The Meaning of Care Awards program, including nominations, communications, and monthly presentations at Management Forum
Identify and qualify grateful patient prospects in coordination with Foundation and clinical staff
Support cultivation and stewardship strategies to enhance donor relationships
Grant Writing Support
Assist with grant identification, proposal development, and submission
Assist with grant progress reports
Coordinate supporting materials and data to strengthen funding requests
Schedule:
Full time, business hours. Evenings/weekends as necessary.
Job Description:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or related field required.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a development setting. With focus on relationship building and community engagement.
