As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be assisting patients in receiving needed medications to help achieve their dreams of building a family. You’ll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process orders and ensure timely shipment of medications. This role is very detail oriented, and you’ll spend the majority of your day working on our computer system.
Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM - 3 days, 12:30 PM -9:00 PM - 2 days
What you’ll do:
Support daily workflow in the pharmacy.
Accurately enter prescriptions into our system.
Interact with healthcare providers and provide guidance to patients about medication coverage.
Support and train new employees.
Identify ongoing training and retraining opportunities on team.
Create, modify, and adhere to SOP/SWI.
Cross trained in multiple areas while maintaining proficiency and accuracy.
Act as a champion of continuous improvement efforts for team, site and work stream.
Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.
What you need to do the job:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
Valid MA Pharmacy technician license required and PTCB preferred.
Basic Math skills and Strong experience with MS Office, especially with Excel.
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to self-direct, multi-task, be accountable, approachable, and organized.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 22 - 32 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
