The Pharmacy Technician – Community, PRN role supports the Ambulatory Pharmacy at Main Campus, located in the JJ Building (Euclid Ave Pharmacy) within Cleveland Clinic. This is a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient pharmacy—one of four on Main Campus—processing approximately 1,100 prescriptions daily, and is best suited for experienced pharmacy technicians rather than those new to the field. Technicians rotate through 4–5 workstations, including customer-facing register and cashier duties, medication filling, prescription data entry and insurance processing, and inventory management such as cycle counts, restocking, and placing orders. Caregivers in this role interact regularly with pharmacists, fellow technicians, Cleveland Clinic caregivers, providers, patients, EHP, care teams, and embassy services, delivering consistent, high-quality customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient prescription processing.
This is a PRN position. A caregiver in this role will work a variety of shift from 6:45pm to 8:15pm.
