Pharmacy Technician - Clinical Program Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and driving meaningful change? Join our team as a Clinical Program Coordinator supporting pharmacy and population health initiatives. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a key connector—engaging members, coordinating services, and collaborating across teams to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver measurable impact.

You’ll contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, including project management, product and policy development, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to lead cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and support programs aligned with our mission and values.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage members, coordinate services, and collaborate across teams to ensure programs run smoothly 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including various clinical teams, marketing, implementation, client success, and sales teams, to define business needs, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including meeting notes, action items, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans
  • Track and follow up on action items, monitor departmental outputs to ensure consistency and quality across clinical reports, reference materials, and policy documentation
  • Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders, offering insights into progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Identify resource needs, resolve operational barriers, and recommend process improvements to enhance program performance
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, expectations, and deliverables

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2+ years with project coordination or operations support experience
  • Prior experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), health plan, or clinical/care management program environment
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, develop process documentation, and support compliance-driven programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Pharmacy technician certification  is a plus

SALARY: $21-23/HR
