We’re seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Pharmacy Support Trainer - Kroll to support the rollout of a paperless workflow initiative across our pharmacy network. In this contractor role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition to digital processes by equipping pharmacy teams with the skills and confidence to use Kroll effectively in a paperless environment.

This is a temporary, project-based engagement running approximately from January 2026 to September 2026, with responsibilities focused on training, implementation support, and collaboration during go-live periods.

You will be responsible for:

Training Delivery:

  • Supporting the delivery of engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on Kroll paperless workflow functionalities.

  • Providing hands-on training during go-live periods at pharmacy locations within the Lower Mainland.  Minimal out-of-town travel may be required to additional locations.

Change Management Support:

  • Acting as a change champion, helping team members adapt to the new Kroll paperless Workflow.

  • Facilitating adoption through clear communication and targeted coaching.

Troubleshooting & Feedback:

  • Serving as a point of contact for Kroll workflow and training-related issues during rollout.

  • Actively listening and gathering feedback from pharmacy teams and reporting to the Kroll Workflow Support Lead Trainer and Regional Manager, Pharmacy Operations.

You have:

  • 2 or more years of experience with Kroll Paperless Pharmacy Management Software.

  • A solid understanding of pharmacy operations, with a focus on transitioning from traditional paper-based processes to paperless workflows and systems.

  • Experience working in a community pharmacy dispensary is an asset.

  • A Pharmacy Assistant, Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist designation is an asset.

  • A valid driver’s licence and vehicle with the ability to travel to assigned pharmacy locations.

Compensation Details:

$66,292.00 - $114,040.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
