The Pharmacy Associate – Outpatient Operations supports a high-volume ambulatory pharmacy at Main Campus (Euclid Ave Pharmacy), which processes approximately 1,100 prescriptions per day. This role focuses on operational support, including ringing out patients, preparing FedEx shipping labels, assisting with cleaning and dish duties, and providing manual support within the compounding lab. Caregivers typically begin in the compounding area with the opportunity to expand into additional operational functions over time. This position is best suited for individuals interested in pharmacy or healthcare setting who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is a PRN role. A caregiver in this position will work varying shifts, on average, about 4-12 hours per week. Times range between as early as 6:45am and as late as 8:15pm -4-8 hours shifts with ability to pick up more if sought.

Physical Requirements:
Typical physical demands include ability to perform the job while standing, reaching, stretching and sitting for prolonged periods.
Manual dexterity sufficient to perform computer, dispensing, compounding.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. while walking, stooping, bending and reaching.
Ability to transport 240 lb. cart.
