What Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services.

Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing, analyzing and/or repairing products.

Schedule

  • 40 hours weekly
  • Monday – Friday 6:30am – 2:30pm
  • Occasional coverage on night shift
  • Potential Weekend rotation to accommodate new business
  • Must be flexible to work other hours and days as needed

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble shipment materials: Build boxes, apply labels, and place Styrofoam inserts.
  • Manage returned items: Receive, inspect, and process packages. Clean and prepare any reusable equipment returned from customer and pharmacy locations.
  • Maintain pharmacy inventory: Stock supplies throughout the facility and process incoming packages for operational use.
  • Assist with radiopharmaceutical logistics: Package medication for shipment, perform required testing, and load/unload containers in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Perform routine facility upkeep: Conduct general cleaning duties and perform daily equipment checks to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Provide delivery support: Occasionally assist with medication deliveries and recycling transport using company vehicles.

 

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience, preferred
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
  • Ability to lift containers weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use computers and tablets
