We are currently seeking a Pharmacovigilance Systems Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Pharmacovigilance Systems Associate at ICON, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining pharmacovigilance systems and databases. You will ensure the integrity and functionality of these systems, supporting accurate safety data collection, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Maintaining and optimizing pharmacovigilance systems and databases to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, processing, and reporting.
• Supporting system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure the systems meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Collaborating with IT and pharmacovigilance teams to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Conducting system validation and testing to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and best practices.
• Providing training and support to users on pharmacovigilance systems and tools, ensuring effective utilization and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance systems or databases, with a strong understanding of safety data management and regulatory requirements.
• Technical proficiency in system maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in managing system data and ensuring accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to train and support users while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
