Hours: Clinic hours, Monday–Friday
Weekend & Holiday: No weekends or holidays
Pay: $124,238.40-$186,347.20 annually, based on years of experience
The Ambulatory Pharmacist plays a vital role in providing patient-centered care in our clinic and community-based settings, managing chronic health conditions and optimizing medication therapy.
What You Will Do
Partner with clinicians to ensure seamless care of patients across the continuum
Provide clinical support and follow-up assessments for patients
Prescribe medications, order labs, authorize refills, and manage pharmacotherapy within established protocols
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff as well as the rest of the pharmacy team to optimize treatment outcomes.

What You Will Need
Required
Wisconsin Pharmacist License
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
One of the following:
3 years of relevant pharmacy experience (specialty, outpatient/retail, inpatient or outpatient hematology/oncology, or ambulatory care), or
Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Residency (PGY1).
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision‑making skills.
Preferred
Specialized pharmacist certification (e.g., BCACP, BCPS or similar) or active progress toward certification.
