WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
The PGS PX Transformation Lead will orchestrate strategic change and operational excellence across the US and Ex-US PGS networks enabling the implementation of PGS Strategy. This role will provide end-to-end strategic project management and process improvement support for PGS PX teams in coordination with a matrix of stakeholders including leaders in PGS, PX Client Facing groups, PX COEs, GBS, and Enabling Functions.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Coordinate and optimize PGS PX implementation plan to enable PGS Strategy and Transformation efforts.
Partner with Global PX leads to identify, consolidate and optimize implementation efforts for transformational initiatives.
Integrating communication plans for leaders, colleagues, and applicable Unions and local Work councils in partnership with local PX Leaders.
Track and report progress, escalate issues/risks impacting the delivery of the plans.
Drive simplification and standardization of complex PX processes across geographies.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across global teams.
Integrate AI, automation, and data analytics into operational workflows to accelerate digital enablement and free up capacity for higher-value work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS with 8+ years of experience.
Demonstrated experience in PX technical proficiencies and core PX competencies with experience in project management and driving process improvements.
Demonstrated success in driving difficult change in a highly matrixed and complex global organization.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement and monitor HR programs that enable the achievement of business goals.
Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills, including the ability to build relationships and leverage resources within the function and across the organization to advance business strategy
Demonstrated ability to take risks, make independent decisions and evaluate people.
Ability to think strategically and can develop simple, effective and transparent plans that can be fully executed on a timely basis.
Nice-to-Have
MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience; OR PhD or JD with 5+ years of experience.
Proven track record of successful Change Management and ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality.
Demonstrates business acumen, project management skills, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
