PG/RO SC Digitization Mgr

• Checks that the project planning according to the assigned and skilled resources, review and validate budget

• Performs key project milestones follow-up by reviewing the planning status and tasks, and list of open points; 

• Attends the projects’ technical committee and the projects’ steering committee;

• Escalate, in case of projects delayed or at risk, to the relevant organisation level (PG / RO / Division & Group level)

• Leads and ensures the coordination of the project actions plan;
   

Monitor the Supply Chain Digitization solutions and tools:

• Deploy and support the sites to improve their knowledge and usage of the Supply Chain information system (new digital tools and existing Comp@ss Core System solutions);

• Perform the follow up on KPI and challenge sites to improve data reliability to efficiency performance of Supply Chain (inventory level, transit ...) to get benefits on P&L & improve cash impact

• Assess and detect the deviations of systems and standards process; defined action plans and follow up to reach the budget objectives 
   

Be involved on new Supply Chain Digitization projects development:

• Lead new projects or new features related to the Supply Chain Digitization, Artificial Intelligence initiatives or new devices introduction leading productivity;

• Ensure that the deliverables like functional & technical documentations are fully useful for future rollout;

• Lead the quasi-pilots implementation and address the detected bugs and relevant improvements listed into the single list of issues;
   

Contribute to the development of teams:

• Perform training modules on sites ensuring proper knowledge management on the usage of Supply Chain information system and their application on the daily operations through OJT

• Perform the On Job Training to local team to improve the knowledge and the increase the efficiencies of the operations

• Perform frequently the On Job Trainings to assess knowledge of the local team and highlight High Potentials to fulfil the reserve of resources
   

Ensure the technological watch on their PG / RO and share those within the network

• Challenge, validate and escalate to the Group level the new features required by the sites or from customers / legal requirements;

• Share the standards & best practices between sites within their Division, PG / ROs and also along the network. 

• Ensure the technological watch of the Division, PG / RO
