What you will do: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative marketing professional to lead RIA (registered investment advisor) client marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for creating and executing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and selective partnership opportunities to grow awareness and consideration of PGIM’s investment capabilities and product suite, including alternatives, ETFs, mutual funds, and SMAs. This position requires close collaboration with internal functional areas including Sales, National Accounts, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, and legal/compliance staff, in order to see initiatives through to completion.

What you can expect

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique needs of the RIA channel.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen advisor engagement and accelerate activation efforts through personalized and innovative marketing tactics and campaigns.
  • Create and manage multi-faceted, integrated marketing campaigns focused on RIA advisors, including audience targeting strategies, campaign and journey development, content creation, campaign execution and measurement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deeply understand selling processes and account nuances, identify lead generation opportunities, and serve as the voice of the RIA advisor to the broader marketing organization.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with Sales and National Accounts teams and transform business partners’ objectives into effective deliverables and outcomes.
  • Lead client marketing activities in support of ongoing sales activity to help drive engagement (i.e. emails, presentations, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign metrics on an ongoing basis to determine campaign success and provide insights based on data and feedback on how to improve future campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research on topics key competitors are focused on and where they are being featured.
  • Engage with external partners and relevant media outlets to identify marketing opportunities that expand our reach to advisors; manage channel sponsorships and lead generation campaign opportunities.
  • Develop and manage channel and/or partner-specific content, communications, and events.
  • Manage the inventory of channel-specific materials to ensure compliance requirements are met, data is current, and messaging is relevant.
  • Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and approval processes.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing and/or client marketing experience in financial services; preferably within wealth or asset management
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, asset classes and investment products; experience with alternative investments a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the RIA landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in leveraging data-driven audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance and personalize advisor engagement.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record collaborating across functional teams, building strong relationships with business partners and designing creative solutions.
  • High degree of professionalism, excellent work ethic and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience working with data from Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $150,000 to $170,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
