What You Will Do
PGIM Global Wealth is seeking a motivated intern to support the development of PGIM’s global intermediary business across Asia and regional sales and distribution initiatives. This internship offers exposure to how a global asset manager engages a broad range of wholesale intermediaries including but not limited to banks, private banks, wealth managers, family offices and fund of funds throughout the region. The role provides hands-on experience, regional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects aligned with our Asia strategy.
Work closely with the PGIM Global Wealth Head of Asia and Asia sales team based in Hong Kong & Singapore, gaining practical exposure to the asset management industry.
Support projects aligned with PGIM Global Wealth’ Asia priorities under the guidance of the team, culminating in a presentation of key findings to regional and global stakeholders at the end of the internship.
Assist the sales team with research, analysis, and preparation related to business development initiatives.
Participate in client engagement preparation and, where appropriate, attend meetings or industry events alongside the team.
Contribute to regular team meetings by sharing market and product updates.
What You Will Bring
Strong interest in investments, asset management, and wealth solutions and with some investment knowledge; prior relevant exposure is an advantage but not required.
Strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
Client‑focused attitude with attention to detail and professionalism.
