The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all deliveries activities related to PG Transfill are executed in a safe manner according to AP guidelines, procedures and best practices
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To be responsible for the daily delivery activities and to ensure they are done on safely and timely manner
To load and unload cylinders & packs from trucks to the designated area.
To ensure all empty cylinders collected are in good condition and to record damage cylinders returned by customer
Responsible for SAP/MOBY transactions related to good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventory-related activities
To ensure proper care of Mobile Application devices, cylinders, hardgoods and maintained good condition of the trucks
To ensure that all relevant documents for vehicle are valid and updated
Attend to any authority issue as and when required (JPJ, Puspakom, LPKP, Police…etc).
To escalate any issues to superior.
To perform other duties as directed by superiors
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum with SPM qualification
Preferably more than 3 years driving experience.
Able to drive forklift.
Possess an E Full license.
Must be in good health, physically fit to drive and handle the cylinders.
Not color blind and should be able to drive at night.
Able to operate the rigid truck, must possess the articulated driving license.
Able to read and write.
Live within less than 20km radius from the workplace.
Familiar with the route to be used.
Good driving track record, no traffic/ legal offences
