Pfaff Leasing Sales Representative

This position is responsible to assist customers by completing a needs analysis, followed by a search for suitable inventory, products and leasing/financing options that best fit their needs. Provide a peer-to-peer customer-driven sales style that builds relationships, engages and motivates customers in an authentic, transparent experience. 

Location: Woodbridge, ON

Compensation Range: Estimated earnings are between $5,000 - $8,000 a month.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our sales and finance team, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to customers while driving new business through strong relationships and knowledgeable guidance.

  • Welcome, engage, and assist every customer who visits or contacts Pfaff Leasing

  • Guide customers through the lease and finance process, including identity verification, credit applications, and payment discussions

  • Clearly explain lease and finance structures, benefits, terms, fees, cost of ownership, and lease‑end options

  • Review sales agreements to ensure accuracy of vehicle details, options, and pricing

  • Prepare, initiate, and process lease and loan documentation accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with external dealers to secure required documentation for lease and conditional sales contracts

  • Ensure the collection of all required finance and insurance fees

  • Educate customers on equity, depreciation, and all available payment or purchase options

  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships by supporting clients throughout the full term of their lease

  • Proactively manage a lease maturity portfolio by contacting customers prior to lease‑end and presenting tailored options

  • Facilitate lease buyouts, takeovers, and vehicle re‑leases at any point during the lease term

  • Prospect and network within the community and with independent dealers to generate leads and referral business

  • Develop and work toward individual sales goals and objectives

  • Maintain a strong prospect development system using the dealer database, phone outreach, visits, and referrals

  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by encouraging repeat and referral business

  • Stay compliant with all company policies, departmental procedures, and federal and provincial regulations

  • Participate in product knowledge and sales training as requested

  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safe work practices

What We’re Looking For

  • OMVIC Certification (Required)

  • 2–3 years of experience in vehicle retail sales

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Strong comfort with technology and business systems

  • A genuine passion for automobiles

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proven sales ability with a commitment to structured sales processes and goals

  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships

  • Exceptional problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills

  • A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
