About the Opportunity
This is more than just a job; it’s a mission.

Your work will directly contribute to the company’s ability to meet its regulatory, contractual, and mission‑critical security obligations.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and process personnel security clearance applications through NSVS, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with UKSV requirements.
• Track, maintain, and update clearance records for staff and contractors, including renewals, aftercare actions, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Maintain internal security databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate clearance data and audit readiness.
• Provide guidance to employees and contractors on vetting forms, questionnaires, and supporting documentation.
• Act as a point of contact with UKSV for routine vetting queries and case updates.
• Support employee onboarding by initiating appropriate vetting checks, and ensure clearance status is updated upon exit.
• Respond to security‑related enquiries across the business and monitor adherence to Security Operating Procedures.
• Provide wider administrative support to the Security team, including document management, meeting coordination, reporting, and compliance readiness activities.
