Dynamis is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist Lead to provide senior-level oversight of personnel security operations leading clearance processing activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and serving as a key liaison with government security offices while mentoring and guiding personnel security staff. The Lead will perform general personnel security case management, assembles personnel security case files, and recommends cases for final adjudication.
Responsibilities:
- Leads day-to-day execution of personnel security processes, ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and serves as the primary liaison with government security offices.
- Coordinates and reviews background investigations, clearance actions, and continuous evaluation activities.
- Performs general personnel security case management, assembles personnel security case files, and recommends cases for final adjudication.
- Leads and oversees daily personnel security operations and staff workloads.
- Reviews and approves clearance actions, investigations, and related documentation.
- Manages end-to-end clearance lifecycle activities (initials, reinvestigations, upgrades, reciprocity, separations)
- Ensures compliance with federal and DoD personnel security policies.
- Utilizes and enters data into government security systems.
- Tracks metrics and supports audits, inspections, and government reviews.
