You Will:
- prepare and coordinate the flow of personnel documents across Polish and international RTB House entities;
- coordinate the hiring process for new Employees and Associates;
- participate in the creation, review, and updating of internal procedures;
- coordinate the preparation of documentation related to work permits for foreign employees;
- manage time tracking, attendance, absences, and the settlement of leaves and sick leaves;
- cooperate with accounting offices on payroll-related matters;
- support the preparation of internal reports, analyses, and summaries for business needs.
Desired Experience:
- at least three years of experience in a similar role (experience with personnel documentation in foreign markets will be an advantage),
- excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level),
- knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered a plus,
- experience in payroll calculation,
- practical knowledge of MS Office applications,
- knowledge of social security and personal income tax regulations will be an asset,
- good organizational skills, responsibility and teamwork skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines,conscientiousness and reliability in performing assigned duties.
