Serve as a trusted advisor to high net worth clients, managing complex trust and investment relationships while driving asset growth and retention. This role blends client relationship management, business development, and fiduciary expertise. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your network, deepen client relationships, and deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.Key Accountabilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of personal trust and investment agency accounts, ensuring high-quality client service and retention.
Drive new business development through referrals, centers of influence, and proactive prospecting.
Advise clients on estate planning, retirement, investment management, and wealth transfer strategies.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and partner with internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and other tools.
Review and administer trust and estate documents to ensure compliance with fiduciary, legal, and tax requirements.
Coordinate with external advisors (attorneys, CPAs) to support comprehensive client planning.
Participate in community and professional organizations to enhance brand presence and referral networks.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
10+ years of client management experience in financial or investment services
10+ years of success in business development and trust or wealth management sales
Strong knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary administration, taxes, and investment management
Preferred:
7+ years of personal trust relationship management experience
CFP, CPA, JD, or CTFA designation
Established network of referral sources and strong internal partnership experience
