Personal Systems Stewardship NPI Process and Supplier Data Lead

Description -

Supports our sustainability processes to ensure Personal Systems NPI product launches meet BU specified ecolabel requirements. The role interfaces with internal BU partners, supply chain teams, and ODMs to collect required information and ensure product reviews are meet launch schedules. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports EPEAT & TCO ecolabels desk reviews

  • Supports product-specific environmental document collection

  • Supports GTK part data collection

  • Supports ODM supplier training

  • Supports NPI Process for sustainability related requirements

  • Acts as a SCOAH team liaison focusing on PC & Display

  • Overseeing SCOAH-NPI team’s EPEAT registration, Monthly NPI Tracker, Monthly Master List Data Verification, and MS4 EPEAT data uploading

  • Supporting PS related PANDA system data input

  • Ensuring SCOAH-generated legal document

  • Driving environmental document quality check SOP and SCOAH-generated legal document SOP and template updating

  • Supports PS Green Team Meeting and host SCOAH Bi-weekly Meeting

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Marketing.

  • 2+ years of business experience

  • Personal Systems knowledge a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.

  • Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process.

  • Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong English skills to work with global partners

  • Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.
