What will you be doing?

Reporting into the Operational Director for Industrial Water and Energy IWE this Personal Assistant role provides strategic executive support to the Regional Operations Director of IWE and the Commercial Director, also in IWE, enabling them to focus their time and attention on critical business priorities.
 

  • Manage diaries, inboxes, and act as gatekeeper for the Directors, maintaining confidentiality and filtering contacts.

  • Coordinate quality information, board papers, small projects, and ensure communication between the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Organise travel, accommodation, expenses, and coordinate key events including Regional SLT meetings, connectors, and conferences.

  • Manage local governance for IWE & Ireland, working with the Head Office to coordinate necessary approvals to the deadline.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain high performance standards in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with knowledge of organisational structures.

  • Assertive communication style with the ability to negotiate outcomes.
