As Personal Assistant to the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you’ll be the trusted partner ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. From managing complex schedules to coordinating high-impact projects, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference every day.
This is a temporary position until 1 September, with the possibility of extension to a permanent role.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive support to the Global CISO and help keep the organization running smoothly.

  • Managing a complex calendar and ensuring the Global CISO is fully prepared for meetings and engagements.
  • Organizing meetings, events, and logistics, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling administrative processes for staff changes, expense management, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinating special projects from planning to execution and follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate and secure files, documents, and databases for easy accessibility.
  • Representing the Global CISO professionally in interactions with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Resolving issues proactively, exercising sound judgment and discretion in decision-making.
