JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to support the HC General Manager as his direct assistant, while driving operational execution in team collaboration and engagement. Ensure seamless coordination, timely activation of programs, and effective communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination:
• Support the General Manager on managing schedules, daily agenda, critical actions, team communication and follow ups on key actions, different ongoing projects and managerial tasks.
• Administrative process coordination support for team.
• Manage local, domestic & international travel for General Manager and team (starting from Ticketing, Transportation, Accommodation, sorting Travel Agenda, etc.)
• Manage regional periodical visits through coordinating ticketing, accommodation, inland transportation, Itinerary preparation and coordinating with all visiting venues on the compliance of requirements.
Administration:
• Manage smooth supply of administrative logistics.
• Support in executing team meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, trainings for team.
• Raise requisitions for service & supplies, issue Purchase order, payment processing and monitor payment through Procurement SAP software system for general Manager.
• Organization of Employee Engagement Activities e.g. team outings, lunches, dinners etc.
Support HR Initiatives:
• Work closely with the HR Business partners on execution of capability and engagement programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Administrative work
- Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
