The Opportunity:


We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our UK Executive Team in Leeds. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a fast-moving, growing business where no two days are the same. You’ll provide a great PA and secretarial support to senior leaders, helping us deliver excellence and drive innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle complex diaries, calls, and emails for senior leaders

  • Coordinate leadership events and off-site meetings

  • Support onboarding of senior hires

  • Prepare presentations and board packs

  • Handle travel bookings, logistics, and expenses

  • Drive process improvements and technology adoption

  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track actions

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven PA experience supporting senior leaders

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills and discretion

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems

  • A proactive, agile mindset
