We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates should have the appropriate background and skills to provide the high service level required. A good command of English language is a must.
Tasks:
- Collecting and processing expenses
- Performing administrative work
- Billing preparation
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming emails and phone calls
- Filing documents
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Providing back-up support as needed
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience
- Excellence in administrative support is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in relationship with clients, flexibility and team-working attitude
- Strong business acumen and organizational awareness is required
- Proficient MS Office user (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner/communication skills
- Advanced English language
