We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates should have the appropriate background and skills to provide the high service level required. A good command of English language is a must.

Tasks:

  • Collecting and processing expenses
  • Performing administrative work
  • Billing preparation
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Handling incoming emails and phone calls
  • Filing documents
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Providing back-up support as needed

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience
  • Excellence in administrative support is a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in relationship with clients, flexibility and team-working attitude
  • Strong business acumen and organizational awareness is required
  • Proficient MS Office user (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner/communication skills
  • Advanced English language
