Job Description:
This role is PA to support the Senior VP of Sales in the Paris office and additional Sales Team support as well as general office administration duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following but other duties may be assigned.
- Provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective administration support to the Senior VP of Sales & Ad Hoc Sales Team Support.
- Co-ordination of travel, bookings, purchases, events, diary management, couriers and mail outs and other regular requirements for the sales and remote marketing team delivering on timely deadlines.
- Ensure submitting expenses on behalf of the Senior VP of Sales in timeline with company policy
- Support the Paris and Amsterdam Sales Team with ad hoc requests such as purchases and organising of client events
- Salesforce support for the local Sales team when required
- Provide additional event management support for sales and including venue sourcing, registration and on occasion attending events to host and/or co-ordinate.
- Responsible for the end to end purchase order management of any costs through the purchasing card.
- Undertake various types of research for special project work as directed.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the relevant sales and operations functions and priorities of the organization.
- Other duties as may be requested on a ad hoc basis, including office administrative duties

- Fluent in French and English, both speaking and writing.

Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years of experience of providing administration support.
- Good technical abilities including use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work outside normal office hours from time to time, including evenings and occasional weekend work as and when required.
- Demonstrate service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Experience of working on CRM systems highly desired.
