Overview:

Sentara Independence in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Performance Measurement Specialist.

This is a hybrid position 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

The position is responsible for the execution of random operations and focus audits. Assess company operations, process, compliance and other associated risks. Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to Manager and customers. Develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function. Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational and management policies/procedures.

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in Claims Processing, Customer Service, Enrollment or System Administration required.
  • 2 years of Auditing experience required
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Epic experience preferred
