Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to oversee our paid media portfolio and drive scalable growth. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and budget allocation across high-impact channels—including Meta, Google Ads, and emerging platforms—while leveraging deep analytical insights to optimize the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in managing high-volume ad spend, a proven track record of hitting aggressive ROAS and CPA targets, and the ability to bridge technical data tracking with high-performing creative strategy to deliver measurable business impact.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a multi-channel media mix (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) aligned with long-term business goals.
- Budget Oversight: Direct accountability for monthly/annual ad spend, ensuring optimal allocation to maximize portfolio-wide efficiency.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Oversee the entire conversion path, from creative hook to landing page experience and post-click attribution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to build a continuous feedback loop for asset production and tracking accuracy.
- Tech Stack Management: Supervise the implementation of advanced tracking (CAPI, Server-side GTM) and marketing automation tools.
Essential Qualifications:
- Scaling Expertise: Proven experience managing 6-to-7 figure monthly budgets with a focus on profitable scaling.
- Analytical Mastery: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into executive-level reports and growth forecasts.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of privacy-first marketing (iOS14+), cookie-less tracking, and AI-driven bidding strategies.
