JOB DESCRIPTION
Nature and aim of the position
The holder of this position is responsible for managing an assigned merchant portfolio for TFS and CC products with the objective to improve the service offer to travelers
Main duties and responsibilities
- Delivery of sales targets
- Delivery of account specific contractual obligations and agreed activities at store level
- Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
- Accurate account management delivering the Sell-out objectives:
- First / ongoing training
- Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
- Maximize DCC business (Hit Rate management)
- Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
- Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
- Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
Main KPI’s
- Turnover TFS, DCC
- TFS Refund Ratio
- DCC Hit Rate

Main Function interactions:
- Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Online Academy Manager, FE organization
Background and Education
- Proven sales capability
- 1-2 years experience with customer relationship
- Basic English, mainly reading

- Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems
- Knowledge of MS Office products
