Job Description:
The Performance Manager will oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, managing a team of executives and ensuring the delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of digital channels (search, social, programmatic, e-commerce), and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives.
- Own client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for performance strategy and delivery.
- Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor account health, revenue pacing, and ROI delivery.
- Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and business reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, ad ops, programmatic, data science) for integrated solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and performance marketing innovations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently.
