Ferring+You
The Performance Management Business Associate is a key member of the Global FP&A and Performance Management team, supporting core processes linked to the Group’s strategic priorities to help ensure the achievement of Ferring’s strategic objectives and growth ambitions.
This role requires rigor, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional data into clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
The role may require up to 10% of travel.
Your day at Ferring
Support the yearly Objective Setting exercise and monthly Company Scorecard reporting through input consolidation, interaction with senior stakeholders from all functions, documents/presentations preparation, meeting organisation and support platform management.
Contribute to the identification of specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that need follow-up.Assist the preparation of monthly reports for the Executive Committee and quarterly reports for the Board.
Support the development and implementation of a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Group Performance Management, aimed at standardising KPI governance, enhancing performance insights, driving a performance culture, and promoting best practices across business units and functions.
Help with project management (e.g., timelines, stakeholders, data).
Behind our innovation…There’s you
University degree (MA/MSc minimum requirement).
1-2 years of experience in consulting and/or project coordination.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferable.
Strong analysis and synthesis skills.
Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to convey outputs in a visually appealing way.
Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to speak to senior leaders andstakeholders.
Ability to work across diverse groups in an international and cross-functional setting.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicting agendas in a changing environment.
Autonomy, self-initiative, curiosity, and interest in digitalization.
Native or fluent in English (both oral and written).
