About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive professional to join our Planning & Supply Chain group. This role will serve as the central point of contact for KPI and Performance activities, ensuring alignment between Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will create a holistic view of internal cross - financial processes, develop KPIs, and implement models that improve visibility and decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Planning & Supply Chain teams and Finance.
Build a holistic framework for financial processes across:
Inventory/Exposure (e.g., inventory models, forecasting, entitlement, revenue vs demand vs capacity)
Variances (e.g., MCOS cycles, PPV, repairs, supplier cancellations)
Budget (e.g., HC models, ROI, vision)
Develop and implement KPI frameworks to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Create models and dashboards for visibility and insights.
Drive process standardization and ensure alignment across teams.
Lead initiatives to improve cost control, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in KPI development and process optimization.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational processes.
Project management experience.
