ABOUT THE POSITION

Performance Creative Director at BURGA is more than just a title — it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your role: as Performance Creative Director, you'll lead the full creative performance function — overseeing strategy, video, and design — to drive innovative ad campaigns and brand storytelling that deeply resonates with our audience across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and beyond.

This position blends data-driven creative direction with hands-on team leadership, ensuring all visual and narrative output aligns with performance goals and BURGA’s distinctive brand identity.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Guide the entire ad creation process, from research to crafting narratives and visuals tailored to each platform's audience
- Manage and inspire a team of creative strategists, setting clear goals and fostering creativity and innovation
- Oversee the Video and Graphic Design teams, ensuring all creative assets (ads, campaigns, motion, and brand visuals) are cohesive, high-performing, and aligned with strategy
- Provide creative direction and feedback on storyboards, video edits, motion graphics, and design concepts to ensure excellence and performance impact
- Collaborate with product and marketing leaders to gain insights into campaign goals and audience demographics
- Analyze platform-specific trends and audience data on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and beyond to inform strategic decisions
- Present and defend creative strategies to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and campaign goals
- Use analytics tools to translate data insights into effective creative strategies
- Continuously evaluate ad performance and adjust strategies based on data to improve effectiveness
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions, promoting innovation and open dialogue
- Develop groundbreaking ad ideas that challenge traditional advertising norms
- Build and maintain a scalable creative production workflow between strategy, design, and video teams for faster, data-informed executio
- Partner with the marketing analytics team to test creative hypotheses, measure performance impact, and iterate on concepts that drive conversion and engagement

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Possess at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within creative strategy or a related field
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams (strategy, video, and design) within a performance marketing or e-commerce environment
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creative roles, preferably with some focus on e-commerce
- Demonstrate a successful track record in leading ad campaign development for e-commerce brands on Meta or other major platforms
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape, particularly the unique aspects and opportunities of each platform
- Have a solid grasp of marketing, branding, and design principles
- Be well-versed in current trends across social media, fashion, lifestyle, and advertising
- Possess a strong desire to continuously learn and adapt
- Have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Strong creative direction skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback across motion, design, and storytelling disciplines
- Proven ability to balance creative excellence with performance-driven decision making
