Program & Project Management applies general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process. This job family organizes project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determines resource requirements.  Program & Project Management manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing. This job family also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.

Job Summary

The Performance and Transformation Manager is a key strategic role responsible for bridging the relationship between business process owners and the Learning & Development Center of Excellence (COE). This individual will spearhead initiatives to analyze, optimize, and standardize processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with critical customer and business outcomes. By designing new and leveraging established methodologies, this role is pivotal in delivering impactful learning solutions that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a sustainable operating model for the seamless management and development of SOP’s, repository, and governance.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with business leaders to ensure training priorities align with tri-brand business priorities.

  • Liaison between the business and the learning COE to address identified business requirements.

  • Serve as a strategic contributor in the development of business strategy and program prioritization, ensuring all training initiatives are directly aligned with overarching business goals.

  • Establish and manage a comprehensive RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) framework to ensure absolute clarity of roles and responsibilities for all training-related projects.

  • Champion change initiatives, developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems throughout the organization.

  • Develop and maintain robust process documentation, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive dashboards to monitor effectiveness and enforce accountability.

  • Communicate with impact across all organizational levels to build consensus business priorities.

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to peers on project management best practices, specifically within the context of SOPs.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience in managing learning and development projects, preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and transformative change.

  • Experience in healthcare, medical supply, or direct-to-consumer industries is highly desirable

  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals, particularly in the context of standardizing processes for learning and training initiatives.

  • Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.

  • Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope that have a significant and long-term impact on employee development and business performance.

  • Provides innovative solutions which may set a precedent for how the organization approaches learning and development.

  • Independently determines the method for completion of new projects, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking.

  • Receives guidance on overall project objectives and acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.


Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,100
