Job Description

Be responsible for receiving data, scrubbing the data, performing data integrity checks, and validation. Measuring and analyzing investment performance data while working with multiple systems
Perform variance analysis between systems, Equity Return Calculation, and Performance Attribution Analysis.
Produce and communicate results to internal clients. Execute reports in a timely and accurate manner under stringent deadlines.
Gather data independently, check for data integrity, and assure quality output. Collect and gather data sources and results.
Apply basic analytical skills to understand key drivers of financial results. Write commentary for senior leaders.
Manage personal, day to day activities.
Use a high attention to detail and perform self-quality checks.
Support additional performance initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Need to do Performance calculation for Equity, Fixed, Multi Asset, Institutional client and retail clients.
Attribution on Equity and Fixed Income. Derivative and Capital Market concept. Good knowledge on Forex Currency etc. Strong Capital Market Knowledge (esp. Securities, Mutual Funds, Forex, etc).
 
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Access is required. Strong knack for Automation.Strong written and verbal communications skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, Factset, and Lipper would be useful.


Required Qualifications
BCOM/MBA/MCOM/CA Inter.
Hands on experience with VBA/SQL Queries.
