Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), in eastern Pennsylvania, is seeking Hospice and Palliative Care physicians to join our Medicare-certified, hospital-based hospice program. This physician will be part of the OACIS (Optimizing Advanced Complex Illness Support)/Palliative Medicine practice, a nationally recognized, innovative palliative medicine service, as a hospice designated team member. Fellowship training and board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred, but not required.
