Join our People Technology team and sit at the intersection of People (HR) and technology—making sure our internal tools run smoothly and serve Bolt’s people effectively.

Whether it’s contributing to configuring a business process, supporting a product rollout, enhancing an AI agent, building an automation, or tidying up data, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the digital experience for our People team and the wider organisation.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Supporting Bolt employees in navigating Workday and other People-related tools, ensuring they have the guidance needed to complete important tasks.</point>
  • <point>Contributing to ongoing product improvements in Workday, including security, business processes, reports, and time-off plans, ensuring proper testing before release.</point>
  • <point>Collaborating cross-functionally with the Data Integrity team, People Partners, People Analytics, and other stakeholders to fix issues at the source.</point>
  • <point>Helping educate employees and People & Workplace teams on how to get the most out of our systems.</point>
  • <point>Assisting with documentation, process improvements, automations, and digital enablement initiatives.</point>
