The Opportunity
As part of the Cloud and Automation Engineering team, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that are resilient, scalable, and secure. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure alignment of AI projects with organizational goals while leading project delivery within established SDLC frameworks. This position offers a chance to work with innovative technologies and contribute to the development of groundbreaking AI solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI solutions aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure project alignment
- Lead project delivery within established software development life cycle frameworks
- Evaluate and implement advanced technologies for AI projects
- Maintain security and robustness of AI solutions
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and project direction
- Contribute to the overall success of AI initiatives within the organization
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Engineering, Technology Mathematics preferred
- Demonstrating thorough abilities in AI solution design and deployment
- Utilizing Google ADK or Azure AI Foundry for AI models
- Developing and governing end-to-end data pipelines
- Displaying hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
- Integrating AI solutions with Power Automate platform
- Leading project delivery within established SDLC frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
