About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

​​Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to maintain AIA digital engagement platform for employees
  • Research and propose plans to revamp digital engagement platform for employees
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties, including cross-functional departments (such as IT), app developers, to ensure the app's effectiveness
  • Consolidate and analyse app usage data, generate insights for management to enhance usage and user experience 
  • Provide support to all company-wide engagement events including but not limited to town-halls, leadership forums, enterprise celebrations, etc.
  • Provide support to other projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Well organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Experience in providing 2nd tier technical support of infrastructure servers platform
  • Digital Marketing or Computer Science or Information System background preferred
