The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. The Opportunity:
As a People Support Specialist - German speaking, you will be the first point of contact for our "People Portal," providing essential P&C services to employees, managers, and retirees. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience by balancing customer inquiry resolution with technical lifecycle management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for P&C inquiries via chat, ticketing, and phone, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
Execute administrative activities and maintain system data for core business processes, including recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
Deliver high-quality customer care by troubleshooting issues, managing service requests, and proactively anticipating stakeholder needs.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service interactions and collaborating with P&C Chapters to identify process pain points and knowledge gaps.
Ensure operational excellence by meeting defined KPIs and SLAs while strictly complying with data privacy rules and global SHE guidelines.
Maintain internal knowledge bases by staying up-to-date on global processes and contributing to the evolution of SOPs and Work Instructions.
Collaborate across the network with regional and global peers to ensure consistent service delivery and a unified "People Support Solutions" vision.
Who You Are
You are a solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You possess a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to navigate complex data structures while maintaining end-to-end accountability for your work.
Educational Background: You hold a university degree and have 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a customer service environment.
Service Expertise: You have experience in a Shared Service Center and feel comfortable handling multiple competing priorities in a matrix organization.
Technical Proficiency: You are efficient in handling standard IT applications (preferably Google Suite) and possess knowledge of Workday HR processes.
Problem-Solving Skills: You demonstrate critical thinking and active listening to resolve complex inquiries and improve existing workflows.
Communication: Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, open to giving and receiving feedback, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a changing environment.
Relationship Management: You have a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work independently while remaining a proactive team player.
