People Support Operations Specialist
At Roche, we believe that every employee’s journey matters. As a People Support Specialist within our People Support Solutions team, you will be the face of People & Culture (P&C), serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers through our People Portal.
You won't just be answering questions; you will be a strategist of the employee experience, managing the Employee Lifecycle and ensuring that our P&C services are delivered with the highest quality and impact.
The opportunity:
Provide insight and support on P&C policies and HR systems, specifically Workday.
Deliver consistent service across multiple channels, including chat, ticketing, and phone.
Maintain system data and execute administrative tasks related to core HR processes.
Resolve P&C inquiries and manage employee requests efficiently.
Gather process feedback and identify knowledge gaps to enhance service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date documentation by staying current on internal processes and best practices.
Participate in strategic projects as required by the business.
Embed customer care principles into all daily interactions and activities.
Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security standards.
Drive process improvements to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.
Who you are:
Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or a dedicated HR services environment.
Broad HR Generalist knowledge with a proven track record of succeeding in a matrix organization and strong knowledge of the Polish Labour Law.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Cross-border experience, showing comfort and competence in a multicultural environment.
Technically proficient in navigating complex HR data structures and IT applications.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite and a solid understanding of Workday HR processes.
Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
