At Roche, our entry point for all employees and managers is the People Portal, and the team enabling People & Culture (P&C) work is called the People Support Team.

The People Support members act as the first point of contact for P&C-related enquiries and services for all Roche people (employees, candidates, contingents, retirees, managers, P&C colleagues, etc.) while executing Employee Lifecycle Management activities and tasks.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the People Support Operations team with inquiries and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely service.

  • Assist with HR system data maintenance and basic reporting.

  • Contribute to process documentation (SOPs, work instructions) and knowledge updates.

  • Apply customer service principles while engaging with employees and stakeholders.

  • Learn to monitor service quality and support compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and data privacy rules.

  • Build relationships with P&C colleagues and customers to support effective service delivery.

  • Contribute to achieving global consistency and high-quality service through teamwork and collaboration.
